A number of E-ID Card applicants were recorded still coming to East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department, Monday (12/28), to process E-ID Card.

Head of East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department, Ahmad Fauzi said there are still many people processing E-ID Card because they think the data recording deadline is only until the end of December.

" The number of E-ID Card applicant keeps increasing lately . Whereas, the card service remains continue and those who have done data recording but have no it, they can still use their old card due to limited printing tool," he stressed, Monday (12/28).

He assessed letter circulation was been mounted in all urban village counters in East Jakarta.

"Hopefully, we could control this situation well. Moreover, we also have conducted socialization," he told.

He went on the say that, starting 2016, Jakarta Population and Civil Registration can already issue printing equipment for urban villages all over Jakarta.

"For E-ID Card service, we remain open on December 31 and Monday dated on January 4," he uttered.
